So far I just want to strangle Sasha myself. Doesn't listen to orders, argues with her superior, and sticks her nose where it doesn't belong. She doesn't know how things work in NY but instantly tries to argue against how things are. 0/10 not a fan of this chick.

I wanted to like this book but I just can't get into it. There's no build up and no chemistry. 30 pages in and one moment they are arguing over Declan treating Everly like a child then the next, Declan has his hand in her pants. 50 pages later they are being forced into a marriage.

How about instead of caving to Robert's demands, you tell your father and Tyler WTF is going on? Pretty sure I'm going to DNF this one for Gemma's stupidity.

She expects Ethan to respect her aversion to blood but he tells her he doesn't like storms and she doesn't hesitate to dismiss his fear. I really hate this chick.

I hate when characters are so dense that they put themselves in danger then are absolutely ignorant to the danger even after being told they are putting themselves in danger. Ethan is telling her she has to learn to bite or she will be stacked and Jane ignores him and thinks she can talk her way out of having to follow a law. If I finish this book it'll honestly be a miracle cause Jane is insufferable.
