I’m either really judgmental when it comes to old Rina Kent books or my expectations are just really high. Either way, it’s getting a little repetitive. Couldn’t tell you exactly why. But I also want to point out that he’s mopping around after what happened to Sasha. Yet he NEVER verbally reassured Sasha about his feelings towards her. He never said he loved her BACK. Idk how Sasha feels loved by this man.

The mature side of me wants to say their relationship is really just built on sexual tension but the immature side is saying this is a great time.

Picked this up for the taboo and all I’ve done is cry about everything in Halley’s POV.

I have in fact been rereading every comfort book I own because I’m so scared to continue.

I haven’t stopped crying since I started this. I hate this with every fiber of my being. I have zero clue on how they’re gonna fix any of this.

I just know this is gonna be the worst out of them all since Darcy and Orion are the MAIN reason I read these.

I’m gonna lose it. Can anything ever go right for the Vegas? Literally anything? I can’t name one thing the stars did for the Vegas out of pure kindness.

Once a freaking again. I cannot fall victim to happiness. Nothing but pure happiness so far and I just know it’s gonna come crashing. But I did let myself shed a few happy tears for Xavier, Catalina, Tory & Darius AND Max & Geraldine. Obvi Lance and Darcy. Even freaking Caleb for orchestrating that cave scene. Everyone is so happy.

I liked Tory in the other books. And I don’t know if it’s the shadows that are making her act like a full time bitch but she needs to tone it down. So much so I’m actually starting to feel bad for Darius. It’s like reading Nesta’s book all over again.

First thing I’m noticing, the map just expanded tenfold. And ur telling me it took 4 goddamn books to get this?

I keep waiting for something big to happen that just totally blows up in ur face. I keep expecting things in ACOTAR to happen here but it doesn’t so I’m kinda thinking I need to tone down the expectations from ACOTAR and FBAS.

Getting a little ticked at how slow everything is. Like 200 pages is 2-3 days in the story. I am liking the other povs but it’s sooo slowww. Not boring per se but ur literally never skipping a day in this series.
