i love well edited, non-repetitive books with competent worldbuilding. i wish i was reading one right now.

i would love for this book to become interesting and fun soon

ill really be having the time of my life reading a romance and then the author decides to hit the "man tells woman shes not like other girls" move

this is SO silly and im having the best time ever

The book almost lost me around page 130 but im so back we are just so back

Reading this as part of a self-project I have to reread and complete all the works I studied in university since i often read out of order chapters when relevant to courses. Surprised myself with how vividly I remembered the first 100 pages of this ten years later.

i feel like ive been reading this book for 2 months

this book is taking years off my life

I am feeling brave and strong this time so I WILL finish this book (and not get too angry to function at 70% and have to put it down for 5 years)

this book is so incredibly good and also so stressful i just had to run a lap of the house to calm down

screaming crying giggling kicking my feet etc etc

the one fatal flaw of this book is im so serious about aiden/lucie i need like a footnote on every page telling me what they are up to at that exact moment

Finally finished the Bs. Sadly less interesting than the As though better than some books ive read this year (fallen gods i am looking at you). Im regretting my practical choice of dictionary because its severely lacking in whimsy.

Word of the section was Bathos, noun meaning a change in mood from the important and serious to the trivial or ridiculous.

am i meant to root for the "youre not like other girls" guy?????????

bookclub is taking me places i wouldnt even go with a gun
