This poor country… so much trauma!

Following my Pratchett “Interesting Times” amuse-bouche with the rich, filling (so many pages!) conclusion to Sanderson’s Stormlight arc. This one may take awhile…

I’m rethinking some things: “Objective theology does not have to be something that is unchanged for all (merely translating the words but in the same format), valuable for all (at the same level of efficacy). Objective theology has to enable communication between the biblical
teaching and the reader/listener. Since listeners are affected by their culture, objective theology must take into account that culture.”
