I don’t normally do a mid book review but I have to make a comment that this book does have instances of SA sexual abuse and child SA&abuse, also references disfigured genitalia as punishment.
If you are sensitive to these topics this book is NOT for you.

This book is really good so far. I have really high hopes for the series. I do find some of the terms and names difficult but meh 😂

It was alright but honestly not overly compelling. By the end I was speed reading hoping for it to be done.
