Okay okay, it's getting better. A lot creepier than I thought it would be. Some part make me feel physically in danger.

Definitely not sure about this book right now. The main character feels like someone who is chronically online and has an anime pillow girlfriend. The ADHD writing style seems intentional, but it doesn't make it any less annoying. I think I'll continue reading it for the plot, but it seems like a book that will make me skim large paragraphs at a time. 😅

This books makes me want to rate every other book I've read a star lower. Every character in the novel is so rich and rounded with such deep, charming personalities it truly feels like I'm living their life. The author tells a story so vivid without throwing in so much description that it feels stuffed. I can see why so many people have rated this so high. The Help is becoming my new favorite book!
