Cece is starting I Promise It Won't Always Hurt Like This: Finding Comfort, Clarity, and Hope After Loss
I am so glad I read this book. It helped me to realize that what I'm feeling isn't out the ordinary. I will no longer question why some days are better than others and I won't feel like an idiot when I cry over something like a song, photo or whatever else triggers memories. After reading this I have a lot more clarity on my feelings.

Cece is 63% done with The Divorce
63% in and I have been wanting to jump into this book and slap the crap out of the main character. She is acting so stupid it's infuriating. Hopefully it ends with her getting her shit together

I enjoyed this series with the exception of this last book. They lost me when they started in with the evil , possessed puppet

Cece is starting This Book Made Me Think of You
I absolutely loved this book. It’s not my usual genre of books and I’m not going to lie, I picked it because I love the cover. Who doesn’t want to read a book that’s cover is a stack of books. I really wasn’t expecting too much out of it. What I got was a cute story about grief, friendship, adventure and love. Try it, you’ll like it.

Cece is starting Judge Stone
Exceeded all my expectations. This book shined a spotlight on two very controversial issues, civil rights and women’s health care rights. I went from heart broken for Nova, the teenage girl that became pregnant after being raped, to feeling triumphant for Judge Stone for standing her ground while presiding over this controversial trial. Viola Davis knocked it out of the park with her fantastic narration.

Cece is starting The Vanilla Killer (The Charity Shop Detective Agency, #4)
I am really not a cozy mystery type reader. However, the three retired ladies that run the charity shop sucked me in. They are hilarious. I would definitely suggest listening to this on audio. The narrator does a really good job bringing out each characters unique personalities.

I’m not sure why I keep subjecting myself to this authors books. This is the last one. I won’t waste anymore time on her

The plot twists are amazing. The story itself is a sickening reminder of how cruel kids can be to each other and that the consequences of their actions are real.

Cece is starting Don't Let Him In
So I read some of the reviews from others. While I can agree with their confusion throughout the book due to all the characters involved, I don’t agree with their overall dislike of this book. I listened to the audio version and I was seriously upset when I vacuumed and had to turn it off for a minute. I have never vacuumed so quickly in my life. All the characters and timelines come together nicely in the end.

Cece is starting But Not Too Bold
Nope. Not for me. I only read it to get my bookmark for the Hispanic Heritage book on Goodreads. I’m not one that is scared of spiders. I find them creepy but not scared of them. However, tarantulas scare the shit out of me. I hope that dumb bookmark was worth it cause now I’m going to have nightmares. 😂

Cece is starting The Long Route (A Lover's Landing Novella)
If you’re a fan of Kiersten Modglin you should definitely read this one. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a romance novella written by a thriller superstar. I was pleasantly surprised. It was pretty good. And she managed to work a little bit of thriller in for all of her thriller addicted fans.

Glad this is the last book in the series. If it had been the first I wouldn’t have read the others. The main characters were annoying and whiny.
