I have conflicted feelings

Took a minute to get going but now we are here and I’m having a funny silly time. I don’t think this book is real.

“This is my wife.”
“Yes, sir,” said the waiters.
“My wife.”
“Indeed, sir.”
“Wife’ is rather a nice word.”
“As you say, sir,” said the waiters.
“Wife. Wife. Wife.”

“It was not Osric’s wife, given that he did not have one. He did not have a significant other of any kind. He did have a significant irritant, however.”

“Have you forgotten that I witnessed your Agonies?”
“An overreaction on my part. I’m prone to those.”

You know it’s about to go down in the last 100 pages

Wow okay. Where to start?! I am eating this one up too. Like wow. I think I had too many expectations last time when it first came out and now I’m reading it with those expectations stripped away. Now I am just enjoying the journey and I love it. Hopefully the momentum stays true.

I fear that at this point in the book, if you desire to read ACOTAR 6, you just might have to read Flame & Shadow too. Too much lore.

Interested to see how I feel about this one reading it a second time. The hype was CRAZY for this book when it came out and I think I may have unfairly judged it because of that. We will see.
