I'm 40% in and there has inky been 1 trial which was just the journey to the school. And why is this kid so obsessed with the MFC like get over it, there are 44 other people you are competing against, just move on.

I'm glad I saved Grim for last. His story is so much better then Oros.

I did start to get into Oros POV after his father died and his brother became king but once we got to parts with Isla and everything that happened in Lightlark I'm getting bored.

20% into Oros story. Idk if it's just because I don't really like Oro or if he's just a whiney spoiled baby who is mad daddy didn't give him attention.

The last novella is always the most dreaded for me because I know I'm losing Sam again.

How the F*** is it Lyras fault that Boone didnt wait for her? It's not the first time it's taken her a long time to come back. F*** Persephone and the other Titans. If they want to get out Lyra has has to make sure everything happens the same way it did this time.

I feel like the story is spinning its wheels. We got a little bit of plot but we're going nowhere with it.

I'm at chapter 8, so far no murder but I have a feeling I know who the victim will be. There is a lot going on, spooky lighthouse, ghost hunters, podcast, baking.

This is the first book I've read in the series but I know it's not the first of the series. The author does a good job of giving the reader know just enough informative on each of the characters are without going into full recap mode.

Super cute so far. The MFC does ramble in a bit and it is a complete contradiction of how Logan sees her as a power business women type. I like it though.

So far super cute romance, it is an instant love/lust romance which is fine but let's get to the spice already. Also, Zane's instant switch from Ahole to headover heels was a bit abrupt, other than that I'm really enjoying it.

I am dying to flash back to the present day. I'm at chapter 60 and I am so impatient, I hope these next 6 chapters fly by.

I am 13 chapters in and there is so much world building that I've already forgotten some of the characters and I ind myself zoning out when she talks about the metals and if they can be transferred or not.
