Again, KATE STEWART, know your military lingo!!! Marines DO NOT say Hoo-rah! Marines say Oorah. Army says Hooah. And Navy says Hooyah. If this was real life and Sean said, “hoo-fucking-rah” to Tyler, Tyler would reply, “it’s OO-FUCKING-RAH jackass.” DETAILS, Kate!!! I’m starting to dread Tyler’s book!

I’m only on chapter 4 and I’m already irritated. Kate, if you’re going to write about a specific branch of the military, please do some damn research first. Tyler is supposed to be a MARINE. Therefore, statements like, “I’m going to be a third generation marine, it’s a given, and if there’s one thing I know it’s how to build an army” and “soldier up” are something a MARINE would never say.
