Ok so i feel like I've read this book before. Not THIS exact book but many like it. It really captivated me at first, but holy shit it's so unoriginal. I really thought this Frieda book would be different, but here we go again...

I hate to be THAT person, but she woke up with a catheter. So obviously they'd be very interested to know whether she's been to the bathroom... Meaning to pee, not poop. Asking if she's pooped yet because " it's a common concern post-op"made me roll my eyes. I'm honestly quite confused about the description of Olivia's upbringing... The author makes Sweden sound like it's a 3 world country. Poverty, sex workers and people using drugs everywhere ? That's very far-fetched to say the least

I swear this book was made to be an audiobook, I'm loving the different voices and the feel of listening to a real recording during the parts when they read the script (sounds of turning the page , laughter and comments ... It all feels like a podcast ).

Everything has been pointing to Liam being Ben (or whatever the villain's son's name was) but if it turns out to be the case, then I'll be very disappointed because it's just too predictable

Madeline's writing and storytelling won't cease to amaze me. She makes me feel so many emotions that I need to take pauses when reading her books.
