Goddammit, if the first book was great, this one is even greater. I did not anticipate such raw, tense and heartbreaking moments. The events that follow book one are keeping me on the edge of my seat, I can't put it down because I feel everything all at once and it's so much that you cannot even breathe till you turn the page. This is gonna keep me awake tonight, I know it.

How I would cherish a connection such as this...I don't seem to find the words to express how amazing this book is. With the MCs taking center place, the world around them seems to slowly and subtly build, but what strikes me is the intensity of the emotions displayed. The description of the feelings they share is put into words, but goes soooo much beyond them, it leaves you breathless. Majestic!

I am really loving this book. The funny thing is that I am Romanian and there is this page in the book where I read the name of the Sandman version(Mos Ene) we have in our Romanian folktales and I am speechless. My appreciation for this book just increased a thousand fold. I think everyone knows about Dracula, but I've not encountered any book or movie to reference any other character in our tales. Bravo!
