Doug Alcorn is 26% done with An Introduction to General Systems Thinking
I typically love the stuff Jerry writes. This is a hard read compared to his other books. Maybe it just highlights I'm not a very good thinker.

Doug Alcorn is 84% done with Boardroom Excellence: A Common Sense Perspective on Corporate Governance
Mainly geared towards public companies in the wake of the Enron collapse, but still very good for private companies setting up a board. What are the roles of board members? How should you prepare for board meetings? How do you figure out what kind of person you need to sit on your board? These are some of the questions the book helped me with.

Doug Alcorn is 75% done with The Balance Point: New Ways Business Owners Can Use Boards
Not sure I'll actually finish it. There's a lot of repetition in the book that weighs me down.
