I typically love the stuff Jerry writes. This is a hard read compared to his other books. Maybe it just highlights I'm not a very good thinker.

Mainly geared towards public companies in the wake of the Enron collapse, but still very good for private companies setting up a board. What are the roles of board members? How should you prepare for board meetings? How do you figure out what kind of person you need to sit on your board? These are some of the questions the book helped me with.

I loved, loved, loved the first half of this book. I'm struggling to get back into it.

Not sure I'll actually finish it. There's a lot of repetition in the book that weighs me down.
