I kind of want to see where some of these other stories are going to go…fun dynamics w the FF omegaverse genre, but I low key want to move on to other characters. Thea really interests me, even though she me giving hey mamas lesbian vibes, I kind of want to like know her journey

Okay, alright, this is really good. The TENSION is just so there, but the side plots and the “when will they find out that this is happening” is tantalizing. TW for ED and miscarriage, though.

This one was okay honestly. Characters dynamics weren’t how I thought they were going to be. I’m def seeing this becoming a huge series, though…lots of open ended and potential plot lines introduced here.

Okay Meketes is supposed to be a “golden retriever” type, but he is quite literally a cinnamon roll type. Sweet and goofy on the outside, insecure on the inside. The best golden retriever character I have ever read is Jake from the Jacksonville Rays and I will die on that hill

This was actually really sweet. I enjoyed the dynamics here. I’ve noticed that Emma Hamm’s writing hinges on character dynamics more than other aspects to a degree where some of it feels like it’s lacking a little. However, I didn’t go into this expecting cool world building, I came into this for the monster. So, can’t complain too much. 3.5⭐️

Oh hell yeah, I know I’m going to love this 🙂‍↕️

This was around a 3.75⭐️ for me. The world building was fun and interesting, and I loved the dynamic between the MCs. The next one looks fun, though, so I’m excited for it.

And still, monster romance remains my top favorite genre of all time. Is there any benefit to society with these books? Yes. Would a man agree with me? Probably not. Emma, you slayed with this fishy slow burn girl. Still waiting on the smut but like I’m locked in

Opal…Opal Reyne. Forever will you be an immediate read/buy author for me. Such an emotional and empathetic writing style, EXTREMELY smutty and hot, the DETAILS are phenomenal, gods Opal’s brain just astounds me. I am not ashamed to say that she lives on a pedestal in my soul and I would literally Oedipus-style stab my eyes out before I said anything bad about her. I will happily go to prison for her I do declare

Okay this book was crazy. Literally a fever dream. I’m not complaining, I knew what I was signing up for, but damn lol. Daddy kink isn’t my fave (I mean, obv) and there was a LOTT of that in here. Also, “mullets” was in the content warnings section, which made me cackle. Some cringe moments, but it’s supposed to be like that. A fun little monster smut holiday novella for the new year 🤙

While I enjoyed this, the mentions of her spider series were a little like “oh my god🥸” and not in the best way. However, I will say, we love an effeminate emo incubus and a plus sized purple haired queen. He wasn’t giving *monster* like I usually prefer (like throw in a tail or something) but he still slayed. I will read another monster smut book before I continue bransan because I can’t help myself.

Okay so my hunger was indeed not satiated and I will probably finish this tomorrow. Gods I love monster romance so much, literally IS lesbian crack and I will not elaborate because I’m correct. I don’t need to stray too far from bransan, though, or I’ll never finish the cosmere. Ugh, the struggle between Mormon epic fantasy and monster porn, what can ya do

I will say, Kaladin slays; Shallan seems to have a bigger arc incoming than what is implied; is Jasnah a lesbian? I hope she’s a lesbian; Adolin and Shallan are def gonna end up together, you can’t have a playboy and another lead (and pretty) female character and not have me be right about this; and also if Rock dies in this book I will riot.
