I’ve been slacking on actually reading recently so hence all my half read books

this book is currently raising my anxiety an extreme amount

so I was distracted in life and didn’t finish this before it was due so I’ll resume it in like 6 weeks when it’s available again

I have to put the book down just as the conflict is being resolved to go take my Neuro osce and I’m IRRITATED

this sounds like an interview where you’re trying to make yourself sound better

I know this book is apparently super good but why is this book so long and moving at what I swear is a snail’s pace.

I’m audiobooking it and I’m on hour 20 of 48 and that seems like too many hours

his entire message is stop looking horizontally for what you can only find vertically so I think I can stop now (jk)

Sorry everyone I have taken a break from the series (right as I think it was gonna get good) bc I got distracted by other books. Truly idk when I last read any of this book (probably 2024?). I’ll get back to it eventually.

time to return my audiobook. anyways I’m on a Jaime chapter and just finished a catelyn chapter

you know you’ve listened to too many audio books when you immediately recognize the narrator (Ralph Coshan also narrated the screwtape letters)

the chapter I’m about to start is 156 minutes via audio book and that feels like a CRIME

we’re FINALLY getting to the births of the Bain characters in house of the dragon. also I do need a family tree a lot bc I get confused

to summarise what I understand this far: “let’s commit incest bc we’re targaryens” “oh no why are our children literally abominations”

also I’ve listened to 5 hrs of this book and still have 21 hrs to go 🫠🫠

Authors I hate-read bc I liked one book and feel like I need to read their entire catalog: sally rooney and hannah grace

I want everyone to know I’m going into this blind. I have no idea what I’m about to read.
