Just met the Ents and they’re my favorite because I too love trees and talking a lot

Gave up on all the other books and back on the LOTR grind. I like that it just picks right up where fellowship left off, much continuity

Tolkien in the prologue (Lindsay’s version): this is HISTORY, not allegory. I hate allegory. Do not make them interpret this in English class. Don’t even think about it. This is MY world that I built from scratch. Don’t you dare ruin it with rhetoric.
