I’m getting real tired of this “oh, I just remembered crucial information that pertains to this case” bullshit.

I'm having a good time, but there are some things impeding my enjoyment.
1. No way would any type of law enforcement allow the parents of the missing child to work the case. even if those parents were detectives and FBI agents.
2. The FMC's brain blasts that she only gets after she abuses opioids is annoying. Why does she have memory lapses? and why are they only cured when she takes prescription pain pills??

There are some parts that I really like, and some parts that are just so stupid I want to stop reading.
