I wasn’t planning on reading this because I didn’t even like The Long Game… but I’ve read a lot of /srs books recently and I was going through my Libby holds and they all made me feel dread. I had a craving for slop. And I wanted to read Love Hypothesis for the mov but obviously it’s not there. And then I sorted Libby by popularity and filtered by available now and scrolled down once and this was there. Ok

It’s good but I need more. But I’m optimistic because tjr never lets me down

I hope things get a little interesting or insightful or a message starts to emerge at some point in the next 54% because right now all I’m getting is student teacher smut. Notttttt my vibe

Lowkey I'm into it. I feel like for a book that has this style of cover it is completely on par LOL. And her writing isn't as bad as people are acting like it is again very standard. The romance is definitely cliche though, tbh I feel like the grief and the other side plots are carrying the actual romance a bit.

I'm reading this because I like her YouTube videos and I have to see if everyone saying this is awful is being for real or not LOL. And because I need something easy for finals. Ok

Libby loan expiring and I’m only half done. This reading challenge is looking questionable

Biggest pro of this compared to the first book is that it is very emotional from the start instead of taking like half the book to get there. Which is good. The biggest con is that it genuinely feels like fanfiction. Maybe it's because I skipped three books in between LOL but they just keep introducing new characters who all have a different sexuality to be the token for and they all have 2d personalities.. Like ok

I really am trying to do all the readings for this class just so I can mark this book as read for the reading challenge. Idk what that says about me as a person.

I’m ready it soooooo slow. Idk why, normally I’m not this bad at reading old books. But I keep getting confused between characters and about what’s happening. Maybe I’m stupid idk. But I still like it.
