Jill is starting Zenzele: A Letter for My Daughter
I read this book years and years ago. It’s time for a re-reading.

Jill is on page 122 of 224 of The I Chong: Meditations from the Joint
I made it to page 122 in chapter 8 and it abruptly ended mid-sentence and picked back up on page 155 at the beginning of chapter 11. Gah. I think I’m going to have to just plow ahead and miss whatever I missed about the beginning of his jail time.

Jill is 45% done with Walking It Off: A Veteran's Chronicle of War and Wilderness
My husband read this book before we met. I read the Monkey Wrench Gang as he introduced me to Edward Abbey. I’m at the point in my life where I want to connect with my husband on a different level.

Jill is on page 19 of 304 of Desert Oracle: Volume 1: Strange True Tales from the American Southwest
Probably the only first edition I might ever own. I heard Mr. Layne on BBC talking about this book and his podcast. His voice made me nostalgic for the southwest so I looked it up. I’m looking forward to this read.

Jill is starting Cutting for Stone
This book had been on my shelf for years YEARS. I’m finally diving in and so far it’s enthralling.

Jill is starting To The Bright Edge of the World
Taking a break. The paperback book is such good quality that it’s too heavy for me to hold in bed with one hand.
