I read the digital book in bed before I go to sleep, and just realized the print and digital copies are a bit different. A little more detail, added here and there. Interesting to say the least

So I borrowed this from the library. The title made me chuckle and the premise sounded interesting. So far it isn't terrible, but it's still early. How long is it going to take before they start fighting?

This is quite an intelligent horror novel that really messes with your head. us it disturbing? Is it gory? Yes, but there's a reason behind it and that's what makes this book so damn good.

Not as impressed as everyone else is and once again I'm bored. So far this is typical new King. Dry and a chore to read.

I skipped right to The Great God Pan and I like old school horror simply because it relies more on him an emotion than gore. Very interesting story so far.

I can see why the reviews are mixed but so far this is easily in my top 10 list of Laymon novels.

Not as boring as I had assumed. The best part so far was the reference to It and what happened after Pennywise was defeated. Left a huge question mark on whether or not they really did set things right in Derry.

I like the idea behind this book but so far I'm bored. I have a feeling that this is going into that pile of King books that I've started and tossed back on the bookshelf.

Still in the early stages of Kiss but Ace talking about Gene having pubic lice and being a total slob is quite funny

Not as a brutal as I had thought it would but it has a decent plot that balances out the violence. Pretty good debut and sad that this is Brockie's only novel

For some reason I'm finding this book almost as fun as watching paint dry. I love classic horror but Herbert's book is quite boring so far. I don't think I'll be to finish this one

Just started it but I like that it blends the classic noir style while being straight up bizarro.

Not much is happening. I keep waiting for the story to pick up but it just keeps plodding along. I have a feeling that this is going to be standard issue YA fluff that lacks any real scares or action.

What I'm actually reading is the collector's edition of Dime Bags. features all the stories from the two short story collection and compiles them into one book with bonus material

very slow, atmospheric horror. An interesting premise but the book is slow going and I keep waiting for something major to happen.

I have never been a big fan of John Saul but I managed to find a few of his hardbacks and a paperback at a thrift store so I figured what the hell and started reading The Unwanted. The prologue will hopefully make sense at some point. My problem has always been that he bores the hell out of me. I may lose interest pretty soon

This is s B-rate horror film in book form. So far we have two plots going so I'm curious to see how it ends. Not a very good book but maybe it'll pick up
