Rereading

The way genuinely 80% of the women have red hair actually pmo what is this obsession

Instantly no redemption bro because wdym you’re drugged and raped by someone who kidnapped you and you have sex again so that you can try to have a son wtf? (This is a man btw)

World building is good but I think the love at first sight it too heavy handed it’s unrealistic even after they’ve known each other for months now I’m like what

Magics are really interesting and politics are entertaining

Yk what nvm this guy pmo this girl needs to stand up cuz why is she just sitting around waiting for commands from him

I need girls to read this right meow im blushing

This is a good book !

This is just what it feels like

I really enjoy the perspective on hateful modern women because it seems true that crossing a borderline between independence and modern/capitalistic values and family oriented / religious values pits the different people against each other for no reason but also the main character is exactly who she thinks she isn’t

Mundane like I’m watching a tv show but I’m eating it up

Less enticing, less revealed and less mystery alluded to than the first book. Not only does the main character have no idea about what happened in the first story but also doesn’t seem to be breaking any new ground on the setting or world building

This is super interesting and the bizarre and unknown setting viewed from a perspective of exploration gives a similar vibe to I Who Have Never Known Men which I love !!

Good book

Yumi have any opinions in the face of selfishness and bad writing challenge level impossible (spoilers: doesn’t happen!! They go out to a carnival out of nowhere and how is there even a carnival in this super urban noir setting idk!) ts pmo

Misogyny and anti Mormonism thinly veiled as misogyny and anti spiritualism yes I am trying to enjoy this book and yes it is difficult

I still hate painter and doubt if his character is redeemable/ if the author knows what character he was writing

This is kind of a naivety and girls first bra girls first bath girls first evil guy she’s forced to interact with fetish book

This is pmo

Loser man shocks everyone with his incompetence and lies and it’s okay because he’s a self insert

This is pure rage bait if i highlighted every time lord Henry said something completely moronic airheaded and sexist the whole book would be yellow

Men being indifferent at their own cruelty and selfishness until it is staring them in the face (the part that makes this story fiction)

Ugh.

Henry is so annoying not every sentence you say has to be an outlandish claim on the nature of society and humanity and worth of being life stop talking!

Diary of a wimpy 30 year old loser
