Why do things keep happening im stressed

Nothing about the plot felt like it flowed into the next piece, any moral conflict about digital life in the first 70% of the book had no impact or even mention in the latter parts??; so I guess every time I was like whatever this is lame was true because it didn’t matter after all. Doesn’t help that the audiobook narrator is so dull. I wish there was some cause and effect

So so good I would never have guessed the direction it’s been taken. Stopped on the last chapter & I wish I didn’t take months long breaks while reading this because I’ve forgotten some info that probably adds nuance to the plot twist

It’s easy to make things happen when the mc is relentlessly defensive of her opinions and uninterested in hearing out the perspectives of her loved ones

Idk if I can make it all the way through I’m 6 hours into the audiobook and actually don’t think anything is happening

Changing perspectives is so fun and actually well written here, although a little corny with the cliff hangers each time. Past few books it led to me forgetting important plot points for each character

A lot of the dialogue is super online and actually kind of triggers me

Was getting boring but finally something hit the fan

Bad writing, cringe attempts to have the mc be offputting but it just comes across as tryhard writing. 100 pages in and maybe something interesting is starting to happen?
