Another book club book but this is one that I didn't think I would like but that I really enjoyed. I usually don't enjoy books set this far back in time but this one was really good. The story was compelling and really held my interest.

I have watched Vera on TV for a while now but I have not read one of the books before. It is just like watching the show. I am really enjoying the book and reading about the familiar characters.
