How do they manage to make a spicy chapter so wholesome 😭

Y'all have no idea how funny chapters 16 and 17 are at 3 am 💀

Forget the spice and the dark romance. This book is strong af. Aly's hospital scenes? Amazing. Josh's past details? Great. I love, love, love the writing.

Okay why am I enjoying the stalker/spy situation way more than I thought I would. Josh is slowly becoming a proper simp and it suits the tone of the book so much.

Okay this book is actually hilarious to me rn. It's definitely glorified fanfiction but so gen Z coded I can't even be mad.

DAMN SUZANNE. The girl on fire, more like the book where every page is fire. Also I take back mostly everything I said, Peeta Mellark is THE GOAT rn.

Here we go again...

UGH I knew Tom was fishy! I knew it, I knew it, I KNEW IT!!! Fuck him for what he said and did. But at least it gave us angry Adam "who said that to you" Carlsen soo there is that.

Accidentally overheard love confession... I almost ascended into the heavens. YESSSSSS DUDE YESSS. I love it when the book does exactly the thing I want it to do.

I need Adam's POV like I need air rn. The tension is getting good. Is it revolutionary? No. But by all means a classic "fake-dating" trope which I am never one to say no to. But fr tho we get it HE IS TALL AND HOT chill.

First impressions: I like the writing, Olive sounds kinda pick me which will hopefully improve, and yes...we get it. He is tall. It is mentioned 10 TIMES. And he better be a yearner!!!

Holy shit I love this book. The writing, the pacing, the descriptions, the actions, THE SUSPENSE. YES. Like YES dude

LOVE when books do interesting, well made and timed set ups. Here we go

Here we go, another fandom that I will fall in love and subsequently destroy my own happiness

FINEE I like it. Still hate that love the show more tho 🥹

She remembered what reading is, ladies and gentlemen.

1. Only one mention of Scott so far and no Svetlana? ABSOLUTELY NOT. I am unfortunately too brainwashed by the series.
2. The series is better. The only thing the book is adding for me is insight in their thoughts. Luckily I am an absolute sucker for those.
Ughh my poor, stubborn babies in love.

Also, and I can't believe I'm saying this, a little bit less smut would have been better. THEY.DO.IT.IN.EVERY.CHAPTER.

Yeah this was inevitable.

Skip in their "kinda break up" era is my least favorite flavor of Skip. But hearing both of their POVs was really interesting.

Getting into the angsty part.
Tears incoming.

Reread from my childhood.

Audiobook.
Kip's voice is the bane of my existence.

WES FUCKING BENNETT EVERYONE

Everybody say thank you Storytell!!!
Once again, Heathcliff is the biggest bitch ever, if he has no haters I'm dead.

Okay wtf. Am I missing something orrr??

Wish me luck. 🥹🤞🏻
