I know i am not done with the second book, but boy does this feel repetitive. it feels repetitive because of the similarities to the first book and to itself. How many times am i to read about how perfect grace is, how lucky aiden is, how hot aiden is and blah blah blah? All the kissing and can't keep their hands off each other, pass. Clearly, i am not aiden or grace's perfect match.

I legitimately do not understand these women who agree to listen to commands unconditionally to go into a dangerous situation, and then do back on their word. Then get into a huff when the man doesn't disclose information to their satisfaction. Uh, did you or did you not manipulate your way into the crazy situation in the first place? Let's deal with our own honesty levels before commenting on others.

This guy blows at disclosing important (albeit bad) information.

This is pretty boring.

Well, 3 yrs later, and one tragic accident, and I am making progress on this story again. Boy is it dry. I wish Wallis had taken a public memory approach to Billy the Kid since how the public remembers him is where most of the facts lie. Whatever, extra context for national happenings is fine.

This isn't the upbeat stories i was hoping for, or the brain broccoli either. There is a lot of commentary that i had not expected.

This duke is a jerk. I hope he becomes endearing fast, otherwise this is a waste of my time
