I've heard Kazuo Ishiguro's previous works are fantastic, surpassing "The Buried Giant."

If the prose within is any indicator, I will have to also read his other works upon finishing this; though I will admit, the fantasy elements during the historical Migration Era of Britain certainly hits a core spot of interest.
