Wow, consider me hooked! The premise alone of a virus intended to create better humans on a new planet that instead causes spiders to evolve and become a dominant and intelligent species is fascinating.

I'm really into the back-and-forth between human and spider PoVs. Can't wait to see them come into contact...

So far, I feel very similarly about the book as I did with the movie: it's good, but not as great as its reputation.

Struggling a bit with the science, but this is a fun read so far!

Romantasy is not my genre, but I heard amazing things about this series. First impressions: overwhelmed by all the names and proper nouns, but I'm already hooked by the writing style - it's soo good!

Had this one lying around for over three years, so it was finally time.

And while you can't really separate the art from the artist entirely, I'm already enjoying this immensely.

Picked this one up on a whim from one of my dad's bookshelves and I am enjoying it far more than I anticipated. The length of the book is daunting for a classic, but so far it's very readable, while still being full of wit and thoughtful writing.

Fitz as a character just gets better and more complex with every book, and all of his interactions with other characters are just wonderful.

You wouldn't get how hyped I am to finally read this and continue Fitz' story. The first trilogy means so, so much to me.

These books are so quick and easy to read, which I love for a change. A bit dumb and pulpy of course, but quite fun!
