Over halfway!

Trying to read through the "Oxen Of The Sun" episode quickly is like sprinting full speed into a brick wall. When I break it down to the sentence level I still have my struggles, but the wonder is back. I'll have to come back to this section at the end of the year when I have finished the book and re-pour over the words.

Onto Circe!

Two thoughts for 13 pages.

1. This is going to take me a LONG time.

2. On a sentence-to-sentence level, I am not sure I have ever been more immediately enthralled in a book.

This second section, while beautifully written, is a bit of a slog compared to the brilliant journal entries of the first section.
