Aristotle defines temperance, which is the right attitude towards physical pleasures.
Being liscentious is gearing towards physical pleasures in the wrong way, with the wrong attitude and/or in excess.
Being liscentious is more reprehensible than being a coward, as the cure to cowardice can involve danger whereas the cure to licentiousness is simply moderation and control, which involves no danger to the subject.

Aristotle defines the first virtue, courage, as the correct attitude towards feelings of confidence and fear.
Those that are fearful are cowards whereas those that are fearless are rash.
The medium between the two points constitute the right attitude towards confidence and fear, hence, they define the corageous and virtuous man.

Aristotle defines non-voluntary, involuntary and voluntary actions.
Involuntary actions are defined as those where the agent has no agency to perform a choice or ignorant of the circumstances of the action. Repent is associated with involuntary choices, whether non-voluntary actions are characterised by its lack.
Thus voluntary acts are defined by choice, which in turn is defined by deliberation.
