Couldn’t finish it. Very slow moving

Couldn’t get through it. I really love this author and while her books definitely are within the realm of candy for the mind they are usually well written with very unique and well described and fully realized characters. I got about a third of the way through and pulled the cord. Too trite, too bland and shallow character development.

This is the first book I've read by this author. I quite liked her writing style and the flow of the plot. The story was well explored but I would have liked a bit more dimension to the characters described. There was something persistently two dimensional about the characters that was really the only flaw in the structure
