The second they mentioned supposedly killed daughter of former queen you best believe I already know it’s our fmc it’s not even slightly hard to determine and it’s getting annoying

Forgot how much I absolutely do not enjoy the “deadly trials and tribulations” plot line as a first book, I find myself wanting to skim to get to the real plot

I predict that Evander is alive and the reason this crucible situation is so hard is perhaps all the people who “die” but their bodies come out are somehow part of the protection of whatever they’re in there for. Idk if I know enough info to know what I’m talking about here but that’s my guess.
