being an empath hurts me ... understanding how it feels, like Paul's, that proficiently recognizing a condition you have and being hyperaware about it seems gloomy to live with. even predicting scares me

i just read this whenever i like, but it has definitely influenced my view and appreciation towards cultures, philosophy, and ecology.
