Bryan Eberl is on page 124 of 192 of What Grieving People Wish You Knew about What Really Helps (and What Really Hurts): about what really helps (and what really hurts)
This book falls into a category I believe every person would benefit and be impacted for the better if they read it. It is a collection of personal thoughts and experiences from many people what they said, should have said, or helpful and practical steps that helped them walk through a difficult time. I wish I could rate books on a scale of 1-10 instead of 5 stars. This would be a rare 10. Read this book

Phenomenal book to get me off my reading drought. Will be the only/ best recommendation for anyone who wants a complete guide to anxiety as a believer.

I don’t quite know how to describe this book yet. But it is in a category of faith altering. Chapter 10 brought me to tears, facing me with the reality of time with God despite shame. If you read this book, and get to chapter 10 I recommend also listening to “weight of life” by Callan Brown, at the same time.

One of my yearly reads. Just so inspiring, and helps me think about how much small conversations, acts and testimonies can influence others for the gospel. If you haven’t read this book, do yourself a favor and read it. I’ll buy you a copy if that is an excuse!

Tbh I lost this book in my car for a while, but now that I’m sitting with it, it is giving me the joy of reading slowly. Out of the 200 books I’ve read the last couple years, I anticipate it to be in my top 10 or 20.

Got through the New Testament in the past couple weeks. If you haven’t had devoted hours to simply read the Old Testament each day, or haven’t read it without any kind of agenda in a while I hope you’ll find time to do so. It is powerful when God himself reveals stuff to you not predisposed from a preacher or other persons heart. (Time and place for that)
