Sigh... First, I HATE that she bonded Atlas before Gabe. Second, this is ridiculous. If their people are so amazing, how is someone in the town that no one was supposed to know about? Oli couldn't find the bad guy? Gryphon either? I guess they aren't really the best then.

This book is a mess. If Oli's bond can tell her if there are people or things around to hurt her, she should easily be able to "test" everyone in the new "town" and tell who was messing with the water. Hopefully they explain that.

I am already so annoyed about this door locking from the outside. She was just handed a key and then said to herself that wouldn't helped if she was locked in???? What is this magical lock that has a key on the outside yet locks the person inside? I am so confused by how this works. If there is a keyhole on the OUTIIDE of the door, the lock mechanism can be opened from the inside...

42% of this book in and it has taken us through 3 days. How are we supposed to get through a whole year in 1 book? Approximately 2% of this book makes sense. People say one thing and then make Rose do things that are the opposite of what their stated outcome is. This is one of the most inorganic, contrived, disjointed things I have read in a long time. And I hate the FMC.

Nothing about this book makes sense.

So far this book is terrible. There are a ton of errors with names and misused or missing words.

The plot doesn't make any sense yet and the FMC is incredibly childish.

Still don't like her, but, hey, look, she actually sat down and had a conversation!
