Not enjoying this one. Slow, stupidly long sections devoted to in vitro fertilization, Achilles (again?!). Peter is a whiny baby. The Peter of Ender’s Game would be ruling the world at this point.

Wonderfully accessible prose, clear sourcing and citations, well structured.

This straddles the line between academic rigor and popular appeal, and wins both battles.
