DNFd because I found myself Google-ing the definition of every other medical term used. Yes the book has a glossary but I started the book with zero knowledge of medical words and zero first aid training. It’s safe to say you’d have to have some sort of understanding of basic medical terminology.

I’m feeling all the emotions! Logan & Rosemary finally have sex. The scenes leading up to it were great.

Joe reunites with his ex, Remy, of 15+ years that he ghosted decades ago. The first thing Joe said was that he wears adult diapers! His nerves definitely got the best of him. Their car won’t stop so Remy offers to have everyone sleep at his place.

Old man Joe said on page 178 “Take more nudes while you’re young.” I will now be living through this quote.

I’m liking the plot so far. It’s giving me a little perspective into a Ghanaian women’s life. Although she’s 25, it’s like a coming-of-age story because most of her life she looked after her dad. So now that’s she’s moved out, she’s trying a lot of new things.

Good information! Side note coming from someone who isn’t familiar with a bunch of medical terms, this book uses a lot of terms that I find myself needing to Google.

This is one of the first few books I’ve read for sapphic fantasy and gotta say, I’m liking it so far. The author is very descriptive and it’s giving 2-person DND adventure.

Characters getting vulnerable and shit, it’s cute. So far my favorite thing about this book is that the 2 live interests both have ADHD but are very different, so one character doesn’t get diagnosed until adulthood while the other was diagnosed in her younger years.
