I've enjoyed this book quite a bit. But I'm at the conversation in her kitchen just after the misunderstanding, and I'm annoyed. His behavior doesn't match the situation, esp after her behavior, once he arrives. This scene needed reworking.
Or if Abby really wanted his behavior this distant and aloof, the misunderstanding or MFC behavior should have been different. It just doesn't fit well.

I will finish the book. But, for now I'm giving it three and a half stars. I love Dulce dameron's writing, but a few things about this book bothers me.
1: Claudia's mom's trampled boundaries.
2: It took way too long for Dorian to apologize.
3: Claudia not expecting nearly enough from Dorian before allowing restitution.
Forgiveness & restitution are not the same. You can do the 1st whole heartedly without the 2nd.
