Okay the feminism comment “work like a man” instead of doing our own thing is due to us living in a patriarchal society. When you try to embrace your individuality as a women in men spaces you stand out more. You essentially make yourself different which makes you unintentionally lose the respect you may develop. Men don’t like anyone DIFFERENT surpassing them. That’s why you have to blend.
