Story #1 was spooooky!!

Tale #2 was not!!

The "tough guy" dialog is reading a touch forced...

Gwen issuing a riddle challenge is the first thing that isn't ringing true in this tale. It feels like a clunky plot device that's out of character for her...

I have no attachment to any of these characters, which is a totally new (and very unwelcomed) feeling while reading a King book...

Each book where she is central reminds me that Holly is a character I am not fond of.
