Can we please not have an argument in the middle of a spicy scene?

Okay now I’m curious who this raeve is and why she’s so important

How did we come from her being captured to wanting the kind to touching her I’m confused

Okay I’m warming up to the book, but the start was reallllyyy slow

This is too many descriptive words all bunched together that makes it taxing to read. I’m trying to focus but I am confused

I have an issue with a character that seems important dying when the author did not give me a chance to get to know a character. It seems like a missed opportunity for emotion evocation.

The main character so far still only have what seems like two emotions - sadness and anger. It’s hard for me to like the main character at the moment.

I’m not sure about the pace of the book. Something about how each paragraph is written just seems off and idk what it is.
The main character’s personality seems to be just rage at the moment. And the first time the main character meets the handsome male it just seems too opportune…

So cute, just like the princess bride. I loved the authors own commentary on things.

Interesting perspective on our difference between other animals and how adaptation works. Interesting to see the influence of human nature vs religion vs survival instincts
