I don’t have it in me to DNF a book, so hopefully it gets better. The plot seems okay, but there are so many ridiculous details thrown it because it’s trying to be quirky, and it’s actually making me cringe. I think it’s mentioned 20 times so far that she’s drinking wild cherry Pepsi.
