Time to reread in prep for the new book in October! Also Elizabeth Evans audiobooks on hoopla!! Yay!!

If this book remains this cute, light hearted, silly, and fun, I’m gonna be pulled from this reading rut (I think)

*sigh* I’m in a rut and tend to reread this around my birthday and it’s been a while so why not

Very good. Am I confused? Of course. Am I sad? Yes. Do these books get darker and more insane as we go on? Absolutely. Would I do it again? 1000%

My friend started reading them for the first time and I had major fomo, so I decided to reread. Also I’m mentally and emotionally kind of a wreck right now so a comfort reread sounds great

Omfg this is so good. It’s similar enough to the original that I understand what’s happening but different enough that I cannot stop reading/listening. I wish I didn’t have to work tomorrow so I could just read all day.

Maybe a hot take, but this is my favorite fantasy book I’ve ever read I love every character and am perpetually wrecked.

Also Ridoc has always been the comic relief, but his character development has really stepped it up this book, yet he’s still hilarious. Probably my favorite character (makes sense since he’s a fellow waterbender, lol)
