idk why i keep coming back to bella's books when I find them quite insufferable lol but who does love a little self torture!

I wondered why its not quite landing with me but when I realised cazzie quotes I feel bad about my neck a fair few times, which was a big DNF for me, i kinda then got it
that aside hitting this book up not long before turning 30 does have points where its hitting home despite it bein v surface level - like its mostly just like about bein hot or scrollin on your phone?? some essays are better than others ill give her

this rips into my heart and makes me so miss my grandparents

This book just makes me feel uncomfy !

Can ppl pls reccomend some good ones cos ive had enough of not enjoyin the books im readin

Even the children are petty & pathetic ! Big eye roll

no one in this book has much luck do they really
(tess of the durbs still comes out on top rn for most depressin book tho, nice try EB)

honestly edgar has really been done dirty

gonna be real none of these characters are likeable or is that just me

Im gonna be real i aint smart enough for this

Uncertain tbh

Inji is still not getting any more likeable and the plot is just weird confusing ?? Only 94 pages to go 🙏

Am i supposed to like the protagonist or what

Unsure on this ngl

Im gonna be real the way this book is written is really annoying but I liked the tv show twist so im gonna finish it

Gripped !

Ok can't just be that's confused as heck ive met about 20 people in 2 pages who are you all
Im worried this ain't gonna hit like they used to :/

right so I've had this sat on my bookshelf for God knows how long cos this was like the ultimate read author of mine a few years ago and I didn't know whether this would disappoint or not but ya girls facing it finally tbc on thoughts

Forgot I started listening to this back in June, started up again and now remember why I stopped. I don't know if it's the people reading it or the book itself is a bit of a bore but I'm really trying to make my way through because someone just tell me who did it (also the amateur sleuth is soooo dull . The only remotely interesting person is olivia and that's a stretch). The show must go on!

I feel like i should re read the girls series because with my memory... either way I'm HYPED (claim to fame my girl Jacqueline walked past me once)

Idk what it is about audio books but someone reading to me always makes me chuckle

Audio book bits !

Nervous because illusions starts off as the companion book for this one....but it's got meh reviews - don't ruin my love of the reluctant messiah for me ! But we've gotta give it a go 🫡

This book does something to my soul <3 reading it extra slow just for this year <3

Took a little break from the books but she's back at it...and gosh ! This book !

It's that time of year again! I can promise you one thing for certain: this will always be my favourite

p.s. whilst I'm struggling with the jumpiness of the book (especially when the first half was quite drawn out) it covers a lot and is deffo worth a read but let's see how we get on. Good writing but just the layout of it all has me struggling . TBC my ending thoughts

I'm finding this book really jumpy which is impacting my somewhat enjoyment of it :/

I'm getting more into it! Back on track
