I just finished Silver Bullet Classroom Management and gave it 5 stars.Coppage's first year as a teacher was a disaster. He didn't quit. Instead he moved to a new school, a tough urban school, with mentors galore, teacher coaches and a supportive admin. Today he is regularly nominated for teacher of the year for his campus. I highly recommend Silver Bullet Classroom Management!
