Because of the edition I have I have not actually finished but I’m about 50 pages off

I was annoyed with her 2 chapters ago and now I love her and him so so so fricken much.

I’m angry. She had no choice and I understand why she did it but I am so angry about it.

I don’t know if that was cute or awkward or both but whatever it was I’m happy.

I was content not to cry for rues death…. Then Katina opened her mouth 😭 also that is a very interesting rule change for no apparent reason. Only 2 and 12 can take advantage so what’s the point?

The only reason I am putting the book down is because I am on holiday in Bali with family.

Really really loving it so far the world building is great and Collin’s is not being subtle about Katniss not understanding others. Also love Peta. He’s very very sweet and cute.

I have so many mixed feelings right now that it’s making me almost want to stop reading…. But I really want it to get better

I know they are building up to something but I really just need the love life to stop coming up every minute please.

I am at the point where it feels like nothing major has happened in the entire book. Also why is he her teacher? Why did that need to be a thing? And why is it being played off as sexy? It’s not! Not to me! Either teach or go be nasty somewhere else!

I know that doesn’t seem like a lot but I actually restarted so that’s a fair amount

Speech was good but that entire interacting was me screaming at other people to tell violet (the audience) what was going on. Xaden being given back his title was kind of predictable but it makes the politics a little more interesting. I want to be a fly on the wall for these meetings more than I want to hear violets inner monologue that only tells us half of what is happening.

I’m loving the inner conflict of the quadrants that was left up in the air in the last book being very intense and fun however violet very much suffers from main character syndrome and it drives me insane.

Everything is depressing to the point of Brennan and Mira arguing is the best thing that’s happened so far.

It’s looking very bleak. I hate that all of xaden s relationships are now untrusting and sawyer’s entire thing sucks. This has always been a dark series but this isn’t dark, this is depressing. 😢

Finally I am able to read again!! And totally didn’t have to watch a synopsis of the last book to remember what happened 😅. Very strong start and looking forward to it!

Holy cow… everything. Literally everything. I feel all the feelings, I have all the concerns, I have all the ideas. My head hurts and so do my eyes. I have no idea where it goes from here. I’m excited but just wow….

So first of all I CALLED IT! From the MOMENT it was mentioned in book one I CALLED IT!! Also again can these two please just sit down and have a normal conversation this is really starting to piss me off. They are both wrong and just need to sit down and talk. Brennan is a boss for doing what he did in that scene. I should’ve finished it tonight but I was tired. I will in the next 1 or 2 days easy.

Ah yes because we are all allergic to an actual discussion about what’s bothering us. And in true fantasy fashion, when we may actually get somewhere, WAR!

So it’s painfully obvious that those dreams aren’t just dreams right? It feels very slow again and maybe it’s because we are between conflicts right now but it feels very slow. Loved the little training but with magic it was very cool. I hate that I didn’t read more over the school holidays because absolutely I could have finished the book but too late now.

Been very on and off with reading because of school but the book is going good. I hate Cath. I want to jokingly not jokingly slap the main characters and I need more squad time because they are such fun characters that have barely been looked at.

Been a hot minutes since I actually updated where I was reading. I like that she is going to train and I liked that she was going to go behind xaden a back. I didn’t like that he then showed up anyway and he’s dating Cat. (Who I hate btw) I loved Mira’s reaction to Brennan cause I was really annoyed when violet didn’t react like that (and I would). The war I like, what xaden and violet are doing atm I don’t

Holy cow that was amazing. I loved the interrogation and seeing Liam almost made me sob at school. I don’t know how I feel about Dain yet and I love that Brennan went off at xaden. I want to more about the mum and I desperately want to know Mira’s reaction. I can’t wait to see how this goes from here!!!

I am very much enjoying this. I’m so happy the friends are in the know and I think ridiculous might be my new favourite character. I love that xaden killed the brother, that’s crazy and I’m happy we are getting some group dynamics again. I missed this feeling of the book.

Have been on and off with reading lately but I really want to continue this book. And go onto others. I’m glad we are finally going somewhere and things are happening. I don’t like cat. At all. I want to know what the deal is with the viscount and I can’t wait to hear about the squads reaction.
