In the story, the author often puts the reader in the position to figure things out on their own when stating situations about Guzzeo and Paul and what they often did with each other due to the strong disagreements that they would have with each other through time, "I chewed and guezzo gave me that look again, 'Quinn's the one looking weird' " (Reynolds 169).

In this section the text, Adversity came in with Rashad when he went through the hospital and met this last who was working in the gift shop and knew about his situation with the cop. Rashad would go on and mention that he was the most comfortable had ever been when talking to someone because they both would get very compatible in the conversation when talking about personal problems and life things with each other

Back on page 83, reading about this girl that Quinn is into makes you feel the sense that this is defiantly a book about kids that my age the way he talk about hee through the two pages that shes is introduced in.

One thing that I took away from the book was when Rashad was going back to back with the arguing about the cop and what had happend at the store when saying ' "he was giving me that look, that your not telling me evrything look" '(Reynolds 49).

I’m not fully understand the background and personal thing about true character(s) yet but is most definitely a book I like so far. And I like the social connection that the book has when talking about “I joined ROTC to make my dad happy” (Reynolds 5). I can see the social bond that they have and that’s what I like about it so far even though I know so little about the character(s).
