Who out there in goodreads land knew that the characters from Wrath and Righteousness were the same characters in the Great and Terrible series, except in this series, it is in their pre mortal existence. I wish I had known and read this series first. I'm digging learning the backstory though.

Wow! This is an amazing book. This new perspective on Columbus is brilliant. And way more believable than all the fiction out there surrounding this man. The author only uses facts and takes Columbus' writing at face value, not at what scholars have attempted to say what they think he meant to say in his own writings.
