I am so conflicted on this one!!! Like yes a must read and get ready for an emotional rollercoaster. I mean raw reactions every other page however I can’t place why it wasn’t a 5 star. It was a little creepy but I feel like the author did such a great job at giving us that weird feels on purpose. If you like S A Crosby this is a must read.

This is definitely for a specific audience but I am hooked and will read the series! If you are into medicine or surgery as a woman it is a must read. This is unlike any other historical fiction I have read but I am intrigued and want to read more about woman breaking barriers in medicine! Loved this book

4.5 stars from me!
