Why does this book seem more preoccupied with shit talking other forms of therapy than it is with actually explaining the process of EFT? It seems to be written from the perspective of someone who thinks they have something to prove but then overshoots the target. You can share your thoughts without suggesting your process is the only valuable method out there.

The way this author talks about her "God" is very disconcerting. She speaks as if her belief is the only one in existence. It simply isn't respectful to her audience and excludes a great deal of people. That level of disregard doesn't paint this person as someone from whom I want advice. It isn't exactly the behavior of someone who is empathetic or attuned to others. And, frankly, it just isn't professional.

I am very impressed with this book so far. The story is pretty fast paced yet the characters feel full and fleshed out and the imagery has impact. The author definitely has a way with words and a keen understanding of human behavior. Liking this a lot :)
