A clinic I WOULD be interested in would be one that makes me forget everything about Donna Tartt’s Goldfinch so that I could read it again for the first time.

The fact that I saw a sprayed-edge hardcover copy of this in the YA section of la Casa del Libro is not a good sign but in Yale we trust

After 3 years of living in Barcelona, I have come to the point where it is no longer funny for me to know nothing about Spanish History. Carlismo, caciques, desamortización… it’s time. Love that this book pretty much starts with "once the French had fucked the country beyond help or recognition, [Spanish History]".

Mona Awad’s style is a rich amber fragrance with a hint of dark (poisoned) berries. Reading Rouge was such an enveloping experience (the free radicals) and I recognize the sensation with Bunny.

Turning out to be a great guide on where you can fuck around (Guadalajara) and where you will find out (Lima’s El Agustino)
